Who is hosting this Symposium?
This Symposium is hosted by the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Consumer Consultative Committee (CCC), with operational support from the Department of Health and Aged Care's Office of Health Technology Assessment Consumer Evidence and Engagement Unit.

Visit the Department of Health and Aged Care website for more information on the HTA CCC.

Who is eligible to register for the Conversations for Change Symposium?
Individual patients and their carers, and members of health consumer and patient organisations with an active interest in HTA are welcome to register for the Symposium.

For information, health consumer and patient organisations are considered to be support groups and organisations that are community, health consumer and patient focused. Individuals living with a health condition and/or their carers will represent a majority of members in their governing bodies.

Relevant organisations include:
  • general umbrella organisations (e.g. representing either disease-specific organisations and/or national umbrella organisations) and;
  • community, health consumer or disease specific organisations representing individual patients on acute and/or chronic diseases.
